📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS – Limitless VIP Access in “The Limitless Female Entrepreneur Community”

Effective Date: 13 Feb 2025

By signing up for Limitless VIP Access in “The Limitless Female Entrepreneur Community”, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment & Subscription

• The monthly Founding Member rate of $97 USD/month is a recurring monthly payment unless canceled.
• The annual Founding Member rate of $444 USD/annually is a recurring annual payment unless canceled.
• The standard monthly rate of $147 USD/month will apply to new members once the founding member spots are filled.
• No refunds will be issued after payment has been processed.

2. What’s Included

As part of the Limitless VIP Access, you will receive:
✔️ The ability to post TWO promotional posts a week.
✔️ The ability to go LIVE once per week in the group.
✔️ Exposure to a warm, engaged audience of potential clients.
✔️ The opportunity to build authority & visibility inside the group.

3. Content & Community Guidelines

To maintain the high-vibe, value-driven nature of this group, all posts and interactions must adhere to the following:

✅ Value First – Your content should educate, inspire, or engage the audience.
✅ Authenticity – No misleading claims, false scarcity, or unethical sales tactics.
✅ No Spamming – Spammy promotions, repeated posting of the same offer, or low-value content will result in immediate removal of Limitless VIP Access.
✅ No Cold DMs to Members – You may engage with group members, but unsolicited pitching in DMs is NOT allowed.
✅ Respect the Group & Its Members – Any behavior that goes against the supportive, collaborative, and positive nature of this community will lead to revoked access.

🔹 Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the loss of Limitless VIP Access / privileges with no refund.

4. Cancellation & Termination

• Monthly  subscription: You may cancel your subscription by emailing Support@hayleyhall.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the monthly payment being taken and access will end at the end of your billing cycle.
• Annual  subscription: You may cancel your subscription by emailing Support@hayleyhall.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the annual payment being taken and access will end at the end of your billing cycle.
• The group owner reserves the right to revoke access to the Limitless VIP Access if any of the above guidelines are violated.
• The group owner reserves the right to revoke access to the Limitless VIP Access at any time. If this happens a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused days of your monthly subscription will be issued within 5-10 business days.

5. Disclaimer

• Participating in the Limitless VIP Access does not guarantee sales, leads, or clients—success depends on the quality of your content and engagement.
• This agreement does not grant ownership or permanent posting rights inside “The Limitless Female Entrepreneur Community” beyond the access outlined.
• By participating, you agree to respect the integrity of the community and its members.

By making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
